On screen: The email address and password combination you entered does not match any account. Please try again. #0.200.0
People land on this error while searching whether the service is down. It is not. This code cannot be produced by an outage, so no amount of waiting will clear it.
Rockstar lists three causes: the email and password do not match, the two-factor code is wrong or expired, or your authentication device has changed.
The second one is where people get stuck. Two-factor codes are generated from the current time, so a phone whose clock has drifted produces codes that are mathematically correct and arrive in the wrong window. The app shows no error; the login simply fails.
This is an account code and cannot be caused by a Rockstar outage.
If the password reset email arrives and the new password works, the credentials were simply wrong. If the password is accepted and the two-factor step fails, look at your device clock before anything else.
Operator documentation: support.rockstargames.com. Worth knowing about this source. Rockstar publishes no index of error codes at all — we checked their support home, their search, which returns a 404, and their own Error Code category filter, which returns nine articles of which one is actually about an error code. Their pages exist but are findable only through outside search. They are the third major operator we have found doing this, after Sony and Twitch. Their article was revised in February 2026.
